Today, we spent the majority finishing up the pins for the upcoming 50th reunion. Once cutting out the photos of every student, we wrote their names on the back and then placed them in a plastic pin. After finishing the pins, we began our next task of packaging gifts for people that recently donated. We gave them coasters with the Proctor symbol on them and then tied a ribbon on them. Half way through the day, Brian and all the other employees in the development office had a meeting which I was a part of. They talked about the whole schedule for graduation and senior diner along with the order at which everything is going to happen at. Hours spent today: 6 hours. Total hours spent: 19 1/2 hours.

Carly I hope the time spent and details put into planning your special Commencement celebrations will make your graduation a memory you will cherish forever. Your help packaging and sending tokens of appreciation to the people who help make Proctor successful and putting the together the special 50th alumni yearbook picture buttons together will be very meaningful to the recipients.
